Privacy Policy

Last updated July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Linkart collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Linkart is a link-in-bio builder: you create pages of links and publish them for visitors to open.

1. Information you provide

  • Account data — your email address and, for email/password accounts, a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google.
  • Page content — the page titles, links, usernames, descriptions, and images you add to build your pages.
  • Billing data — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

2. Information we collect automatically

When a visitor opens one of your published pages or clicks a link, we record limited, mostly-aggregate analytics so page owners can measure performance:

  • Page views — a view count and the referrer host (for example, instagram.com), not the full referring URL. Traffic identified as bots is filtered out.
  • Link clicks — clicks are counted by routing each button through a redirect so owners can see per-link click totals.

We do not build advertising profiles of your visitors, and we do not sell personal data.

3. How we use information

  • to operate the Service — create your account, build and serve your pages;
  • to send transactional email such as email verification, password resets, and a welcome message;
  • to provide the analytics dashboard to page owners;
  • to process plan changes and billing; and
  • to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the Service to work — for example, to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Linkart — such as our hosting provider, email delivery, and payment processor — and only as needed to provide the Service. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and page data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or a page, the associated content is removed. Aggregate analytics counts may be retained in a form that no longer identifies individual visitors.

7. Your choices

  • you can edit or delete your pages and links at any time;
  • you can update your account details in Settings; and
  • you can delete your account, which removes your published pages.

8. Children

Linkart is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
