Terms of Service

Last updated July 15, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Linkart (the “Service”), a link-in-bio builder that lets you collect your links onto a single page and publish it at a Linkart URL or your own custom domain. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in with email and password or with a supported third-party provider such as Google. Email/password accounts must verify their email address before signing in.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish or link to content that:

  • is illegal, infringes others' rights, or violates any law;
  • contains malware, phishing, or deceptive redirects;
  • harasses, threatens, or exploits any person;
  • impersonates another person or organization; or
  • attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.

You are solely responsible for the pages, links, and content you publish. We may suspend or remove pages that violate these Terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your pages. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and serve your published pages to visitors. You are responsible for having the rights to any names, logos, and links you use.

4. Plans and billing

Linkart offers Free, Pro, and Team plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Plan entitlements — such as the number of pages, available button catalogs, custom themes, and custom domains — depend on the plan of the page owner. Changing plans takes effect as described at checkout. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Custom domains

If you connect a custom domain, you must control that domain and complete the DNS verification we request. You are responsible for your own DNS configuration and for keeping the domain registered.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
